- 150g fresh strawberries (hulled and mashed)
- 150g strawberry jam

Mix:Add the mashed strawberries and strawberry jam to the whipped cream. Fold gently until fully combined. Freeze - Step 1:Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container (approx. 22 x 11 x 6 cm). Tap or shake the container to level it out. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour. Stir and Freeze - Step 2:After 1 hour, stir the partially frozen mixture to break up ice crystals. Re-level and seal again with wrap or parchment. Freeze for an additional 4 hours or until firm. Serve:Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
