Ingredients
  

  • Watermelon: 4 cups (diced)
  • Lemon: Half (juiced)
  • Nannari Syrup (or Rose Syrup:) 3 tablespoons
  • Ice Cubes: As needed

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Watermelon

  • Remove the seeds from the watermelon and chop it into small cubes.
  • Add the watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Strain the Juice (Optional)

  • If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the blended watermelon juice through a fine sieve to remove any pulp.

Step 3: Add Flavor

  • Pour the watermelon juice into a large jug or serving glass.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of Nannari syrup (or rose syrup) and stir well to mix.
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the drink and stir again.

Step 4: Serve

  • Add ice cubes to the serving glasses for a chilled drink.
  • Pour the watermelon sharbat into the glasses and serve immediately

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less Nannari or rose syrup, depending on your taste.
  • For a more tropical flavor, you can add a few mint leaves or a pinch of black salt.
