- 1 medium egg
- 140g cake flour
- 60g whole milk powder

Prep Butter Base:In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, sugar, and salt until smooth. Add Egg:Beat in the egg and stir until fully blended and creamy. Sift Dry Ingredients:Sift in cake flour and milk powder. Gently fold until a soft dough forms. Shape Cookies:Scoop about 15g of dough, roll into a ball, and flatten slightly. Press a dent in the center, add 2 pieces of milk chocolate, and seal the dough. Roll into a smooth ball again. Bake:Arrange cookies on a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 18 minutes, or until lightly golden on the bottom. Cool & Serve:Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
