Equipment

  • Blender
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Plate
  • Tall serving glasses
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 jumbo marshmallows
  • 3 graham cracker sheets, finely crushed
  • 1 Hershey's chocolate bar
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 to 3 large marshmallows, toasted, for garnish

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the jumbo marshmallows in a single layer.
  • Place the baking sheet under the broiler and toast the marshmallows for 5 to 7 minutes, turning as needed until golden brown. Set a few toasted marshmallows aside for garnish.
  • Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and spread them onto a small plate.
  • Melt the chocolate bar in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip the rim of each serving glass into the melted chocolate, then coat it with the crushed graham cracker crumbs.
  • If desired, drizzle a little melted chocolate around the inside of each glass.
  • Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, and toasted marshmallows to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
  • Divide the milkshake between the prepared glasses.
  • Top each milkshake with a toasted marshmallow and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Toasting the marshmallows before blending gives the milkshake its signature campfire flavor.
  • For a thicker milkshake, reduce the amount of milk or add an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Chill the serving glasses before decorating to help keep the milkshake cold longer.
  • Chocolate syrup can be used instead of melted chocolate for decorating the glasses if preferred.
  • Garnish with extra crushed graham crackers, chocolate shavings, or a piece of chocolate bar for an even more decadent presentation.
  • Enjoy immediately after blending for the smoothest texture and best flavor.
