  • ½ cup pecans, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix the base:

    Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Wrap tightly and shape into a ball using your hands. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Prepare the coating:
    In a small bowl, mix the remaining cranberries with chopped pecans and parsley until evenly distributed.
  • Coat the cheese ball:
    Remove the chilled cheese ball from the wrap and roll or press it into the cranberry-pecan mixture until completely covered.
  • Serve:
