Serving glasses
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 peaches, thinly sliced
- ΒΌ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 bottle white wine
- 2 cups peach juice or orange juice
- 2 cups chilled sparkling water
- Ice, for serving
Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and peach slices into a large pitcher. Gently press the fruit with a wooden spoon or muddler to help release some of the natural juices.
Add the lemon slices and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.
Pour in the white wine and peach or orange juice, then stir until combined.
Cover and refrigerate the sangria for at least 1 hour so the flavors can blend together. Longer chilling time will create a deeper fruit flavor.
Just before serving, stir in the chilled sparkling water for a refreshing fizzy finish.
Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the top. Garnish with extra berries or mint leaves if desired.
- Add the sparkling water right before serving to keep the drink bubbly and fresh.
- Use chilled ingredients for the best flavor and serving temperature.
- Swap peaches with nectarines or mango for a different fruit combination.
- For a sweeter sangria, stir in a little honey or simple syrup before chilling.
