Equipment

  • Large pitcher
  • Wooden spoon or muddler
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring Cups
  • Serving glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 peaches, thinly sliced
  • ΒΌ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 2 cups peach juice or orange juice
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  • Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and peach slices into a large pitcher. Gently press the fruit with a wooden spoon or muddler to help release some of the natural juices.
  • Add the lemon slices and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.
  • Pour in the white wine and peach or orange juice, then stir until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate the sangria for at least 1 hour so the flavors can blend together. Longer chilling time will create a deeper fruit flavor.
  • Just before serving, stir in the chilled sparkling water for a refreshing fizzy finish.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the top. Garnish with extra berries or mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Add the sparkling water right before serving to keep the drink bubbly and fresh.
  • Use chilled ingredients for the best flavor and serving temperature.
  • Swap peaches with nectarines or mango for a different fruit combination.
  • For a sweeter sangria, stir in a little honey or simple syrup before chilling.
