Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces for easier blending.
  • Remove the peel and any seeds from the orange, then separate it into segments.
  • Add the carrot, orange segments, water, honey, and ice cubes if using to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a colder smoothie, freeze the orange segments before blending.
  • If your blender struggles with raw carrots, steam the carrot briefly and let it cool before blending.
