- 1 cup desiccated coconut (+ extra for rolling)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1. Prepare the Mango PuréeScoop out the pulp from 2 ripe mangoes.Blend into a smooth purée and measure 1 cup. Set aside. 2. Toast the CoconutIn a nonstick pan over low heat, dry roast 1 cup of desiccated coconut for 1 minute to enhance the flavor. 3. Cook the MixtureAdd the mango purée and condensed milk to the toasted coconut.Stir well and cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.Keep stirring until the mixture thickens into a soft dough-like consistency that starts to pull away from the pan. 4.
